Please pronounce our brand name as “Kurohana Wagyu.” The name "Kuro" originates from the Japanese black cattle breed, while "Hana" (meaning "flower" or "blossom") is inspired by the birch trees that thrive in frigid climates. This name embodies both the natural beauty of the meat and the resilient image of the birch tree.
KUROHANA WAGYU is the pinnacle of Japanese black beef, a taste nurtured by the vast nature of Kyushu, skilled breeding techniques, and a meticulous management system. This exceptional flavor is achieved through the dedication and craftsmanship of many people involved in this process.
